After 14 years of hoping and trying, 22 Rounds of IVF, the devastating loss of twins and a heartbreaking hysterectomy following major health complications, a gorgeous couple FINALLY became parents…..thanks to the beautiful gift of surrogacy.

Due to the breech presentation of the baby, little Katie was delivered by caesarean section on 22nd August, 2016. The surrogate, her husband and myself were the only ones allowed into theatre while Katie’s parents anxiously waited for their baby girl back in the ward.

When little Katie was finally rolled in by the midwife in her hospital cot….the emotions and tears ran deep!! They were then brought on for a second time when their surrogate Mum returned from recovery.

It was a beautiful day for all involved and a dream come true for this wonderful family.

A big congratulations to the family!!!! You have waited so long for this and deserve all the happiness in the world.
